Patrick Shops Again | Daily Business News

From Elkhart, Ind. SacBee reports MH and RV component maker Patrick Industries, Inc. has acquired the business and certain assets of cabinet door maker Middlebury Hardwood Products, also of Ind., for $20.3 million. As one of seven acquisitions since June, 2011 and the fourth this year, Middlebury is expecting net revenues in 2012 of $33 million. Todd Cleveland, president and CEO of Patrick says, ?The addition of Middlebury Hardwoods will help us in becoming an industry leader in the cabinet door market in the industries that we serve.? MHProNews has learned Middlebury will continue to operate under its own brand name and from the same 134,000 square foot factory.
