Job Description
i. Managing the MIS function for New business team
ii. Performance management and scorecard computation

Key Roles & Responsibilities
? Preparation of Sales MIS.
? Sales team monthly performance tracking.
? Preparation of Sales team incentives
? Sales performance analysis such as productivity, vintages and dashboard.
? Cost review and profitability analysis.
? Adhoc reports as required by the business.

Qualifications & Skills
1-2 years working experience. Banking experience will be an advantage.
- Qualifications in Accountancy /Computer Science is preferable (though not mandatory) with extensive proven track record and experience.
- Strong microsoft Office skills.

In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme.
