Samsung, through its Samsung Tomorrow arm, has called BS on that Korea Times story claiming the Galaxy S4 will be announced at Mobile World Congress the last week of February 2013, with general availability in March.
Shocked. Shocked, I say.

Please note that some media reported speculation that the Galaxy S ? subsequent models will be released in a simple rumor is not true. ... why spread these rumors?
Well, at least the 2013 part should be true.
